Job Profile Summary

The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations. This role requires a good understanding of the organisation’s strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimising our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

We are looking for you

• :If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation
• .If you have experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Learning are a must hav
• eAnd at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Absence and Talen
• tWorkday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and/or other module
• sIf you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions
• .If you have experience as Functional Consultant in at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment
• .If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• .If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand
• .If you have an organised and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
