Job Description


Responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing the performance of call center representatives/ agents in operations focused on developing, tracking, monitoring, coaching, analyzing and providing feedback on performance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience managing a US Telco Sales Account in the same capacity.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is desired.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including graveyard shifts.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Taguig.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
