Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of call center representatives by developing, tracking, and monitoring their progress.
  • Provide coaching and actionable feedback to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a US Telco Sales Account.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including graveyard shifts.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Taguig.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
