• Ensures that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
• Attend/participate in meetings with other departments, agencies, and organizations related to airport ground operations and occupational safety and health issues.
• Assist in handling concerns regarding airport operations issues including data collection and analysis.
• Assist in conducting investigations in incidents/accidents as directed by the Safety Manager or Safety Officer.
• Conduct ramp operations audits and routine inspections of the airport airside area to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts within the operations.
• Conducts safety inspection of 1Aviation facilities and equipment.
• Conduct safety training/briefing for 1Aviation personnel.
• Conduct and attend Safety drills and Emergency response training as directed by Safety Manager or Safety Officer.
• Propose safety initiatives to encourage the involvement of 1Aviation employees.
• Provides periodic reports and safety trend analysis and disseminates the same through Safety Section information distribution channels.
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for new stations, equipment, or systems (as need arises).
• Assist the Safety Officer in the review and recommend updates on the company safety program.
• Develop, maintain, and review safety training modules and make the necessary revisions as appropriate.
• To undertake assignments or other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager or Safety Officer.
  
  

• College Graduate
• Airline/airport operations experience is preferred
• With background on Safety aspect of airport/airline industry
• Excellent communication skill
