Job Description

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with VBA is desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a repetitive environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy work environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential data in a secure and private manner.

  • Previous experience in data entry or administration is highly desirable.

  • Bonus points for experience in the sports apparel industry.

  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to required situations.

Key Responsibilities:Data Entry
  • Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources, including emails, scanned documents, and PDFs.

Order Sheet Management
  • Populate Tribal Order Sheets from customer orders received via email, fax, scanned documents, and PDFs.

Updating Internal Policy & Procedure
  • Update internal policies and procedures with provided information to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Updating Internal Knowledge Base
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with the latest information provided by members of Tribal Sport.

Customer Complaint & Case Management
  • Manage and allocate customer complaint cases, quote requests, and product defect cases to the appropriate departments.

Data Cleansing & Financial Mapping
  • Perform data cleansing and mapping for financial spreadsheets with the provided information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Clean, interpret, and enter financial data for uploading to NetSuite, Shopify, POS inventory apps, etc.

Factory Approvals Management
  • Download factory approvals, match them to job numbers, and upload/distribute approval images for internal and customer approval.

Basic Copywriting
  • Create and edit content for company presentation decks and digital platforms.

  • Draft automated response emails for cases, quotes, and other customer interactions.
