- Current CCNP Voice/Collaboration certification is desired.
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dial plan designs and implementation.
- Solid experience with IP routing/switching and QoS.
- Excellent testing, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to isolate problems and implement solutions.
- Extensive experience with implementation and ongoing support of Cisco UC applications in large enterprise deployments.
- Solid experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / T1, analog FXO / FXS on Cisco 2900/3900/4000 and legacy device
- Experience with Cisco PCCE Contact Center, including UC Manager integration, scripting, high availability clustering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and customers
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for programming, implementation, and documentation of enterprise-wide, multi-site deployment of Cisco Unified Communications and related technologies which include, but are not limited to:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity, IM & Presence, PCCE
- Voice Gateways
- Cisco VG 310 voice gateway port configuration
- Unity Voicemail Administration, including Auto Attendants
- Programming of Cisco CUCM
- Understanding of ELIN, ERL, ALI Concepts Configuration
- Document implementation procedures
- Provide 3rd level support to deployment and support teams on telecommunications infrastructure
- Provide project coordination, work with remote onsite techs with circuit activations, end to end testing of store/remote voice infrastructure testing and associated diagnostic to support new and existing technology architectures.
- Provide Training and Knowledge Transfer to Engineering Support Teams as needed
