JOB SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for the implementation of day-to-day activities pertaining to compensation programs for employees of the Bank and Subsidiaries, which would cover regular payroll and bonuses.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate preferably possesses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology.
• Required skill(s): must be knowledgeable in payroll system where SAP payroll system familiarization is an advantage, can work well under pressure due to tight deadlines and heave volume of payroll work, Good oral and written communication skills, Equipped with basic knowledge in MS Excel, computer literate.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
