The Junior Architect will be assigned to Ayala Land Premier. The assigned individual will be tasked with the following:

• Handles the day-to-day operations and administration of his/her assigned ALP vertical development design projects such as but not limited to checking/tracking of project timelines and deliverables; reviewing of land development plans/designs/drawings including various types of maps; coordinating/collaborating with external design consultants/suppliers/contractors/service providers; preparing and analyzing presentations/reports; scheduling and facilitating design coordination/technical meetings as well as conducting regular site inspections/quality checks under the periodic supervision of his/her Immediate Superior/Supervisor.
• Coordinates and collaborates with external design consultants (local and foreign) to deliver sustainable vertical development designs aligned with the requirements and value proposition of ALP under the periodic supervision of his/her Immediate Superior/Supervisor.
• Implements initiatives and programs based on the established policies, processes, targets, and objectives of ALP IDG - Architecture Studio under the periodic supervision of his/her Immediate Superior/Supervisor.
• Complies with the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of ALP SBU all the time.
