We are looking for a data-driven Performance Media Marketing Manager to plan and manage all paid media initiatives for all the Digital products of BDO. As the spearhead for all Online paid media efforts, he/she will be working closely with the Strategy & Usage & Acquisition teams to produce significant impact to acquisition and usage goals through various channels, promos and other activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Implementation Takes ownership of all Online Paid initiatives.

• He/She will plan & execute all web, mobile app, and search campaigns across all BDO Digital products applying best practices and makes sure results are measurable.

2. Measurement and Digital Infrastructure

• Sets and delivers on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) campaign goals.
• Makes sure all campaign metrics are trackable and have good visibility over the full marketing funnel.

3. Market Research

• With various Digital marketing tools at your disposal, identify trends and competitor insights that would help set performance benchmarks, maintain market dominance and improve campaign performance.

4. Innovative executions

• He/She is expected to come up with out-of-the-box online marketing initiatives and process improvements that can improve the funnel and help drive performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital marketing / Online Campaign strategy, implementation and optimization
• Hands-on experience in Campaign strategy and implementation using Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, and/or programmatic solutions.
• Knows how to navigate and produce insights from Google analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners)
• Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
