Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance OF Chat Support (Full Remote)/Chatter position at WhaleTale OFM. As a Freelance OF Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing customer support, and engaging in clear communication. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and improving chat interactions to boost online sales for influencers.

Qualifications

⭕ At least 6 months BPO Experience with excellent communication skills, Sales Experience is a huge bonus

⭕ Own Equipment (Laptop or PC) as this is 100% WFH

⭕ Private Space

⭕ Can start as soon as possible

⭕ 50mbps Internet Speed

⭕ At least 40wpm Typing speed

⭕ Philippine-based only

Compensation

Purely Commission-Based 5%
