- As the User Research Director of Chongqing Any Door Technology Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for leading user research efforts in the financial and accounting industries.
- Ensure the effectiveness of user research methods and develop relevant research plans according to company strategy.
- Analyze user data, gain insights into market trends, and propose innovative strategies to enhance user experience.
- Closely collaborate with the product team to optimize product design and features based on research findings.
Requirements
- Education Qualification: Must have a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, anthropology, design research, or related areas.
- Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience in user research or product design research, with experience in team management.
- Skills and Capabilities: Expertise in various user research methods, outstanding analytical and communication skills, capable of handling complex data.
- Duties and Tasks: Lead user research projects, develop research plans, and translate findings into insights for product improvement.
- Working Conditions: Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Qualities and Characteristics: Proactive and innovative thinking, able to lead teams effectively and motivate team members.
