To execute the maintenance program of SPAVI corporate building and facilities, the position entails hands-on and monitoring of maintenance and repair of equipment and facility-including electrical, mechanical and plumbing of company-owned stores and other company facilities.

Quality Repair

• Perform technical hands-on work as scheduled by the Immediate head.
• Perform hands-on emergency repair work as directed by the Immediate head.

On time Completion

• Check work in progress of contractors doing repair jobs in the company facilities to make sure that they conform to the requirements.

Cost Effectiveness

• Assess work that needs to be done based on received request for repairs, and making recommendations to aid in balancing investment and opportunity lost.
• Make necessary requests for materials or replacement parts.

Standards

• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommending improvements to maximize efficiency of office facilities and equipment.
• Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Systems Department to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.
• Monitor compliance of all engineering projects to all regulatory requirement
• Comply with the Employee Code of Conduct.

Ad Hoc

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a food chain as a maintenance personnel
• With TESDA NSC II Certification
• Must know how to troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Must be able to use electrical & electronics measuring and testing devices.
