Michael Page is a leading recruitment consultancy firm based in the UK. We have been operating in the Philippines for the past 5 years and are looking to grow the team!

Job Description

  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events.
  • Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different PageGroup brands and functions.
  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market.
  • Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities.
  • Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients.
  • Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Actively participate in larger organizational initiatives around Sustainability, ESG, CSR etc


The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development, recruitment consultancy, internal recruitment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exhibits strong growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to work mostly onsite in Makati
