Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process, evaluating their skills and expertise, coordinating interviews, and assisting with salary negotiations.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Facilitate offers by managing salary negotiations, benefits, and employment terms with confidence.
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-employment steps, including reference checks, background verifications, and medical exams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Recruitment Management System (RMS) for all candidate data and statuses.
  • Address client and candidate concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct skill and competency-based interviews for a wide range of roles, from common to highly specialized positions.
  • Evaluate candidate skills and identify gaps using competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, endorsing candidates and addressing simple process inquiries.
  • Utilize recruitment tools like the Recruitment Calculator and Pay Guide to negotiate offers effectively.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the recruitment process and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of proven success in placement recruitment, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Expertise: Trained and skilled in behavioral interviewing techniques.

We're seeking candidates who can start immediately!

We will provide all the necessary tools and equipment. We offer a hybrid work setup, requiring at least one day of onsite work in BGC, Taguig per week.
