You will be representing a fast paced start up environment in the US with a rapid growth in Solar Renewable Energy industry. Growth is right around the corner, and we need talented people like you.

  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure thorough understanding of: o The program’s collective goals and benefits

- Their life goals and career path

- The expectations of their roles

- Your and their expectations of each other

  • Coach specialists on improvement opportunities presented by the client. Quality Assurance team, or Ops Management
  • Performs side-by-sides, to ensure customer inquiries are handled by team members in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:

- Accuracy – Always give correct information and follow established processes

- Connection – Treat the customer in a way that they feel valued

- Ease – Focus on achieving one-contact resolution in a way that shows great respect for the customer’s time and level of effort

  • Follow the KPI accountability check-in process to maintain consistent focus on performance
  • Supervise the delegation of non-core responsibilities to team members who are demonstrating proficiency with their core responsibilities
  • Provide reports and analysis on Performance and Productivity related concerns (Attendance, Attrition, Productivity, Quality, etc.)
  • Send End-of-Day Reports to immediate supervisor · Attends and participates in meetings/calibrations/upskill trainings assigned by Ops Management
  • Provides urgent assistance to teammates in Process and/or Policy related queries
  • Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)

Requirements

If you are still reading this, it is because you are probably a suitable candidate for this opportunity, but let’s be sure you have the right skillset. To master this role and begin your career at ClearSource, you should:


  • College graduate in any field
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Proven leadership experience either on a BPO or Engineering field, for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with Solar energy is preferred for the role, not a requirement
  • Previous CSR or TSR experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work different shifts
  • Hunger to grow and do great things every day!
