The responsibilities associated with this position include:
Manages financial modeling, planning, and budgeting for key projects to achieve SNAP’s long-term and short-term financial goals.
- Presents variance analysis and explanation of financial statements and highlights issues.
- Producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
- Delivery of market analysis, market trends, and associated commentary
- Preparing business cases to support the investment, strategy, and other business decisions
- Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance.
Responsible for the revenue budget analysis which includes sales revenues and expenditures, and capital-related expenditures.
Supports projection process, including review of submitted forecasts, integration with other data sources, and communication of results and implications to management
- Undertake analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in relation to cost, budgets and operating policies for use in management decision making
- Values the company’s assets by appraising their current condition and useful life
- Recommends financing structures (debt and equity) and considers the company’s cost of capital in the cashflow projections.
- Prepares and completes management reports analyzing the financial and operational performance of the business. Translating it to presentation materials and deck for use to board meetings and other senior executive requests.
- Resolves issues related to financial statement review. Escalate as needed for further guidance and resolution.
- Improve financial reporting by ensuring policies, processes, and standards in the finance and accounting area across the business units are defined, aligned, and rolled out.
- Defines boundaries on pricing and structuring of contracts. Recommends and influences deal negotiations by providing input on structures to align contract terms and business objectives, as well as reviewing significant revenue-related agreements to guide the team.
- Partner as a technical reference on accounting and finance matters with the Commercial Team during new product (e.g. Trading & Origination) and contract development, negotiation process and review to ensure desired revenue treatment is achieved and complies with company policies and procedures, tax regulations and industry rules
- Provide leadership and direction in the analysis, profitability evaluation and reporting of existing and newly-developed products or contracts impacted by the interplay of settlement determinants (price, quantity, derivatives concepts, etc.)
- Ensure coordination with Commercial Team to resolve customer issues and recommend corrective action and/or improvements

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
- 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting in a corporate setting.
- 4 years of experience in any leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
