The Challenge

Step into a pivotal role as a Senior SailPoint Administrator and become the backbone of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem! You’ll design, implement, and optimize SailPoint solutions, ensuring seamless and secure access across our systems. From crafting workflows to troubleshooting complex issues, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things SailPoint and IAM.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms.
• Automate user lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications).
• Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system health checks, and fine-tune performance.
• Enforce IAM policies, conduct access reviews, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to deliver cutting-edge IAM solutions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of IAM experience, with deep expertise in SailPoint.
• Proficiency in scripting (Java, PowerShell, Python) and databases (SQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ/IdentityNow) or CISSP.
