Senior .NET Developer

Job Description:

• Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality .NET applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Design and implement .NET Core, C# .NET, REST APIs, and Web APIs to integrate with third-party services, backend systems, and microservices.
• Architect solutions that support the long-term growth and flexibility of the organization’s software systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and driving technical excellence across the team.
• Stay current with the latest trends in .NET technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, improving the overall reliability and performance of applications.
• Work within Agile development teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate across teams to define and enforce development standards, processes, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

To qualify for this position, you must have…

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development, with a deep understanding of C#, .NET Core, and enterprise-level application development.
• Expertise in REST API development, Web API integration, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and experience writing complex queries.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development tools.
• Experience in automated testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
