• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with specific focus on SEO
• Demonstrable experience with real estate websites and the US real estate market
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns with measurable results
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ, and other SEO tools
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content marketing, and on/off-page optimization
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
