Role DescriptionA full-time, fully onsite role for a Document Control/Administrative Assistant in Makati responsible for filing, organizing, and managing various physical and digital documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that physical and digital documents are filed and categorized in a systematic way for easy retrievalMonitoring the receiving, retrieval, and distribution of requested documents and information for internal and external stakeholdersMaking sure documents meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.Managing the archiving of older documents and ensuring proper retention periods are met for compliance purposesEnsuring the BIR documents are issued to the clients (receipts, invoices)Supporting and assisting in tax, compliance, and audit-related responsibilities by preparing and maintaining required documents or reports
QualificationsRelevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferredPrevious experience in document control or related fields, such as administration or records managementProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and electronic document control toolsBackground knowledge of bookkeeping and legal documents
