Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling corporate legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, providing legal advice on business transactions, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role also includes advising on corporate governance issues, conducting legal research, and working with internal teams to mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate law, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and legal advisories
• Experience in corporate governance and business transactions
• Litigation experience and the ability to represent the company in legal proceedings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• License to practice law in the Philippines
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
