Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Business Analyst at Collabera Digital. The role will be located in Makati. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and information technology systems on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle projects, preferably Oracle HCM.
  • Knowledge of insurance/healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience in integration initiatives (build-deploy-run) within technology platforms, particularly Oracle OCI.
  • Expertise in financial systems, with a preference for Oracle or SAP financial systems (Fusion, ORMB).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate business requirements for Oracle HCM projects through interviews, workshops, and surveys with HR and IT teams.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to support decision-making, ensuring accuracy in Oracle HCM reporting.
  • Create detailed system requirements for Oracle HCM solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Document and analyze HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation within Oracle HCM workflows.
  • Support test case development and quality assurance activities to ensure Oracle HCM solutions meet requirements.
  • Assist in change management for Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR, IT teams, vendors, and end-users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
