This company started its business in 1984 in Tokyo, Japan, and the office in Makati opened in 2019. Its business is real estate which buys land, finances real estate deals, builds or has builders build projects, creates, imagines, controls, and orchestrates the process of development from the beginning to end in order to provide the best houses for customers here in the Philippines.


Position: Real Estate Administrator (Real Estate Developer)

Industry: Real Estate Company

Location: Makati City

Working hour: Dayshift (8:00am-5:00pm)

Salary: PHP40,000-60,000 Gross

Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirement:

・JLPT N1-N3 Passer/Level above or the same level

・5 years experiences as a real estates developer

・Drivers license

・Willing to work in Makati

・Certificates related to real estates are big advantage


Responsibilities:

・Obtaining permits and approvals for real estate subdivision development

(subdivision development)

・Market marketing research

・Conduct and arrange meetings with attorneys, accountants, builders, distributors,

HOAs, etc.

・Inspection of the (land) property introduced to you

・Grasping the outline of the land (grasping the materials obtained, reading the bill of rights, etc.)

・Survey of government agencies related to real estate subdivision and development

・Interpretation services

・Driving a car


Hiring Process:

・The initial face to face interview at the office (and Exam)

・The second online interview at the office(with Japanese Interviewer in Japan Head office)
