Quantrics is a recognized player in the offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) contact center space, after being established in Canada in January 2016 and recently opening our doors in the Philippines in August 2016. --- Our Story Established in Canada in January 2016 and opening doors in Taytay, Rizal as a captive offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) contact center in August 2016, Quantrics expanded our business model to include IT development and shared services in 2017. Quantrics has quickly established itself as an employer of choice in the Philippines, and celebrated the opening of a second location in Naga in January 2018.
