Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction remains high.

• Inspire and guide the sales team to meet targets through training and ongoing support.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.

• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure the team adheres to operational, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

• Prepare detailed sales reports based on key retail performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage store administration tasks, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and updating financial records.

• Analyze best-selling products, sell-through data, and other merchandise-related issues.

• Oversee the proper management and security of store inventory.

Store Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, ideally in fashion retail.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage customer relations effectively.

• Customer-focused with a solid understanding of business management processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
