Salesforce Core

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce technology and CRM projects.
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
• Expertise in Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Competency in relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to manage complex business requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience as a Development Lead, Team Lead, or Solution Architect.
• Agile project experience.
• Strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools.

Salesforce Release Management

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Copado and SFDX.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
• Knowledge of Ant Migration Tool and Github.
• Ability to work with Salesforce Admin and Development teams.
• Experience in business process documentation and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with database deduplication and cleanup procedures.

Good to have Skills:

• Understanding of GearSet, Flosum, and Blue Canvas.
• Experience with Jenkins.
