Job Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands how project management works—someone who’s comfortable leading tasks, keeping things organized, and helping teams stay on track.

We work mostly with Asana, so experience using it is a big plus including using Asana's automation features to make things faster and easier.

We also value your knowledge of other project tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com—as long as you know how to manage projects efficiently and communicate clearly.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage project boards (especially in Asana or similar tools)
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress
• Use automation features to streamline workflows
• Keep the team updated and make sure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate clearly with both team members and clients
• Keep everything organized and documented
• Suggest ways to improve how we manage work

What We're Looking For

• Strong English skills – both spoken and written
• Solid experience in project management (virtual or in-person)
• Confident using tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Strong planning, time management, and organization skills
• Knows how to break down work into tasks and manage timelines
• Can explain things clearly and simply
• Comfortable using tools like MS Sheets, Docs, Teams, etc.
• Experience with creative, admin, or marketing teams is a bonus
• A college degree is great, but not required
