Serve as a key resource for product knowledge, supporting sales teams and clients.
Conduct market research to refine product offerings and identify customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product positioning.
Provide product training and support to both clients and internal teams.
Analyze product performance metrics and recommend improvements.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience Level: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in project management, customer service, product development, user interface design, data analysis, user experience design, user acceptance testing, prototype design, and interaction design.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee product development, enhance user experience, coordinate project timelines, and conduct user acceptance testing.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work options; may require overtime during critical product launches.
Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent communication abilities.
