• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and competitive insights.
• Assess potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures to enhance business expansion efforts.
• Track departmental performance against corporate objectives, ensuring alignment with growth strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive business proposals, financial models, and presentations to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and senior leadership to advance business initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including landowners, developers, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, policy changes, and market dynamics to refine strategic planning efforts.
• Present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management and the board to guide high-level decision-making.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning, business development, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise to assess business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
